How to Make and Cancel an Appointment

You can make appointments online using the myGp App. Download and set up is easy, you will need your mobile telephone number and date of birth. The system will provide you with a 4 digit code to assist with security and set up.




We are a partnership of four General Practitioners, who are committed to providing high quality NHS medical care for individuals and families in a friendly and caring environment.

Telephone Advice

Telephone lines are open from 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday.

Telephone the surgery to book an advice call with the on call doctor (GPs will take it in turns to make the call)


SMS Text Messaging

The Practice is now sending SMS text messages to patients to remind them of their appointments and allow patient to automatically cancel appointments that are no longer needed. Currently we have approximately 35 missed appointments a week with the Doctors and Nurses. These are appointment that could be given to other patients on the day. Please keep the Practice informed of any changes to your mobile numbers, personal details and addresses so that you can benefit from this service. If you do not wish to receive text reminders please contact the Practice and inform a staff member who will remove you from the system.
